Payment method: by Escrow account issued by a reputable bank in Europe.

Performance Procedures:

1- Seller issues FCO to buyer, including seller's bank information.

2- Buyer shall issue an ICPO along with buyer's company registration card and buyer's passport, and RWA bank to

bank, to prove the payment capability.

3- Seller will prepare SPA and send it to buyer for review and commitment if needed.

4- Buyer and within 5 days make none operative LC , to be operated after making a 2% performance Bond, and money

is to be released after the final inspection report issued by SGS or equivalent in Mersin Port.

5- Seller and within 3 days after receiving the payment, release the commission to intermediaries as per the signed

NCNDA/IMFPA.
